Add feature to disable case suggestions in the TrialWorks Outlook Add-In to Outlook Add-In Settings
Being able to disable the case suggestions would benefit our firm as there are oftentimes many suggestions for senders. We have many users opt to file the email to the first suggested case which is often not the correct case.
We would prefer to disable the feature entirely for several of our users.
