Version 11 we've lost the Super Tip from items on the Ribbon. We spent a lot of time in the transition of the Toolbar to Ribbon giving everything a description. When the Ribbon was updated for items like Address Book, Calls Manager, etc. we just repeated the title of the icon. For instance, Calls Manager shows Calls Manager twice, etc.
