When iCloud is synced to Outlook, even if it is not the primary account, it disables the "Keep Filed E-mails in my Inbox" automatically. This is because iCloud is POP/IMAP and is incompatible with the "Keep Filed E-mails" feature. The Keep Filed Emails" feature is important so that users can locate older emails through Outlook when users are away from Trialworks.
