Putting a “gray” or case specific email option in contacts

Several insurance companies are now using case specific email addresses rather than the adjuster having their own email. Will you consider putting a “gray” or case specific email option in contacts for future updates? We’ve had a couple of instances where the case specific email is added for a certain case, then we have another case with the same adjuster and we send an email and it doesn’t get attached to the adjuster’s case, and we get no response.
