Multiple copies of the same email

Multiple copies of the same email are getting saved in the email tab. This now occurs when more than 1 internal user saves the email to TrialWorks. This creates multiple copies of the same email; this causes delays when reviewing the case emails, trying to figure out which ones are just copies, correctly calculating fees, etc. Trialworks support advised its probably "by design" but also could not confirm. I advised I've worked with trialworks for years and this didn't used to happen, and now it does. A fix would be appreciated! Thank you
