Under the medical tab, create a new meds report in the same format as the Special Damages report. Place a horizontal line under total and continuing. Below the horizontal line, display the Lost Wages with an accumulation of all of the lost wages. Below the Lost Wages, create another horizontal line. Finally, below the final horizontal line, display the Grand Total that adds the "Total and continuing" and "Lost Wages" value together.
