Notes can be restricted, so that users cannot edit notes. However, it would be useful if there was the ability to allow users to add/edit notes if their user is set as the Author of the note. Any notes created by other Authors, or if a note is changed to another Author would prevent the edit.
Similar to the existing TimeKeepr Admin setting in Settings>TimeKeeper Settings allows a user to see other notes made by other staff. This suggestion isn't to hide other author's notes, but to be able to restrict editing them.
