One of our on-premise customer has emails from their clients sent to him and CC'd to his paralegal. They run into an issue where both would end up filing the same email to Trialworks without the other knowing. They would only realize when they check the case and see the same email twice. He asked if it was possible to implement any of the following: add a prompt that would tell the user that the email was already filed, to show the Filed in tag at the top even if he wasn't the one who filed it, or have Trialworks not duplicate the email if it was already filed.
