Currently in TW, it uses a cell phone provider service to determine which email domain to send text messages to; however, due to someone's service plan, not all emails can be sent to the multi-media domain for that phone number.
For instance, Verizon's MM email domain is "vzwpix.com", if the user has a specific service plan these messages may not be able to be delivered, but if the user were to send this message to the plain text domain, IE VText.com, the message would properly be delivered. Please allow users to choose between one domain or the other with clarification on which domain is used for what kind of message, so if one fails they can at least get their message to the client.
