E-mails are frequently billed days after they are actually received and read. If you enter time for an e-mail received 2 days before you have a chance to bill it you change the date on the time slip and enter the time. However, because there is a time stamp associated with each entry the billing doesn't seem to list chronologically on the master bill (unless you change the time stamp too when you are entering time). Changing the time stamp on every email adds up to a lot of wasted time. It would be more convenient if you removed the time stamp function and just had billing entered based on the date.
