ALLOW Administrator(s) to adjust Intakes after created in TrialWorks and become read-only.

One of our partners asked if there a reason administrators can’t change the name of a client in Intake Wizard once the matter is pushed into TW?  We’ve had situations, after opening the case in TW, that we learned a client’s name was wrong or misspelled in Intake Wizard.   Without the ability to fix this, our marketing reports are out of sync.
