If you add a Holiday to Trialworks and there are already docket items for that specific date, there is no notification or indicator from Trialworks of the conflict.
This is really scary as courts add holidays and don’t update their calendars until late in the year.
Users will benefit from being able to quickly audit any potential SOL conflicts after a Holiday has been added to the system. The current process is to pull an SOL report and manually search for the new date through Excel. This is very time consuming.
Please add a system to audit existing dockets with newly added holiday dates!
