It is unfortunate that the case data does not speak back to intake data once cases are made. If we learn that a marketing source was labeled incorrectly, there is no way to correct it once it has been made into a case unless we are willing to pay TrialWorks $175 to make the changes for us. We pull search, call rail, directory listing, etc. reports daily/weekly and learn that an intake source came from other marketing efforts after it was converted to a case. We are able to update the case data, but not the intake data, which skews our marketing reports. It is not feasible for us to submit a ticket and pay to have this information updated regularly. We would like to either be able to edit the intake data once it has been converted into a case or for the intake fields to automatically update once we make changes to the same fields in the case data.
