The contact screen does not have the claim number nor the carrier so you never know which adjuster you are calling NOTHING prompts you to know is it is the NF carrier or Liability carrier or which carrier . The Insurance screen does not have the phone number sooooo it creates un necessary confusion and back and forth. Thanks
