Add logic when answering one question another set of question(s) appear. Ex. If I answer yes to "Do you work more than 40 hrs/week" then another question appears that ask "How many Overtime hrs do you work". If I answer no there's no need for the additional question(s). This will be extremely helpful for intake UDF's as it will guide the staff to ask the correct answers instead of wasting time asking questions that aren't needed or relevant.
