A lot of the specific forms the clerks office provides online are fillable PDFs. We would love to be able to add these as a templates and just put bookmarks in on the fillable lines to pull in information.

We need a specific spot for the bill instead of having to use the more links tab for the bill. Also, would like to see the link from the medical tab like the record spot.
