Fix FileIt to allow for saving to multiple files at once (like it used to)

Prior to the recent upgrade, you were able to save the same document to multiple files when using FileIt. This no longer works. Please fix this and bring it back.

This one is major and should be fixed sooner than later. Since the upgrade so much time is spent working around this unresolved issue.
