Reminder - Allow file opening from the reminder window and allow minimizing
All users would benefit from being able to open the Case from the reminder window. Being able to minimiz with window would allow users to work directly from the window/and mark items completed as well.

The ability to arrow over within the main screen of each medical entry (like the feature in docket) would be EXTREMELY useful!
