It helps to know how the pltf ended up w/ the MD they treated with. ie: client treated with neuropsych, who sent client there, the family MD or the Pain mgmnt MD or the Surgeon.

All users would benefit from being able to open the Case from the reminder window. Being able to minimiz with window would allow users to work directly from the window/and mark items completed as well.
